There are many kinds of coffee pots, which can be divided into percolation type, drip type and vacuum type. At present, the common types of coffee pots on the market are mainly the following:

French press pot: the coffee soaked in water, through high temperature braised to stimulate the aroma of coffee. The French press pot has a simple structure and is first used to make tea, suitable for single coffee brewing. The extraction form of the French press is simple and has been soaked, so the taste of the coffee is not so fine.
Siphon pot: the water vapor generated by water heating and vaporization is used to cause upward pressure, push the water in the lower half of the glass ball to the top, then quickly cool the lower pot, and then suck back the water in the upper pot. The operation of the siphon pot is difficult. If the water temperature is not well controlled, it is especially prone to bitter taste, and the coffee powder is soaked for a long time with high acidity, so the siphon pot is not suitable for novices.
Mocha pot: an espresso (Espresso)-based utensil, divided into upper, middle and lower 3 structures, with water below, a powder tank for coffee powder in the middle, and extracted coffee liquid above. The principle is to use the pressure of steam to push water into the coffee powder tank to extract the coffee liquid. Mocha pot extract coffee fat rich, very suitable for making fancy coffee.
Drip pot: The price is relatively cheap and it is very simple to use. Add the right amount of coffee powder into the leakage net, then add pure water after the leakage net, and then put it into the glass cup to wait for completion. There are two styles of American drip pot and Vietnamese drip pot.
Hand pot: high operability, the process requires hand pot, cup and filter paper. Even the same kind of coffee beans can brew different flavors. There are temperature-controlled hand pots on the market, which are more expensive, but they have complete functions and are easier to operate.
